We’re coffee roasters first, which means we’re pretty damn picky about what ends up in our cup. And this is a decaf we happily drink ourselves.

What we taste:
Milk Chocolate, Almond, Strawberry, Vanilla, Citrus

Grown in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca, this coffee is smooth, sweet, and remarkably lively, with notes of milk chocolate, roasted almond, strawberry, vanilla, and bright citrus. A medium body gives it plenty of richness, while just enough acidity keeps the cup clean and vibrant.

The coffee is decaffeinated using Colombia’s Sugarcane EA process, which is produced from fermented sugarcane molasses. The process removes up to 97% of the caffeine while allowing the coffee to hang onto the flavors that made it worth drinking in the first place.

The result is the kind of decaf that doesn’t feel like a compromise. Sweet, balanced, chocolatey, and complex enough to satisfy even the most discerning palates—whether you’re cutting caffeine, drinking coffee late into the night, or just want another damn good cup.
