Built from a blend of Colombian and Brazilian coffees and taken into a deep Vienna roast, Cinder Beast lives right at the beginning of the dark roast spectrum—dark enough to bring out big chocolate, roasted nut, and caramelized flavors while still leaving plenty of character in the cup.

The first sip hits with cherry cordial, a dark, jammy sweetness wrapped in rich chocolate. From there, dark chocolate and roasted almonds take over, building into a full-bodied cup with a heavy, silky mouthfeel and a long, smooth finish. The darker roast knocks the acidity way down without roasting the life out of the coffee, making this one remarkably easy to drink.
