Grown in the legendary Tarrazú region and processed at the historic Beneficio San Diego mill, this honey-processed coffee showcases everything we love about Costa Rican coffees. Leaving a portion of the fruit's natural sugars on the bean during drying creates a rich, silky sweetness while preserving the clean structure the region is known for.
In the cup, you'll find layers of milk chocolate and honey sweetness upfront, followed by juicy nectarine, guava, and mixed berry notes. A bright citrus finish keeps everything lively and refreshing, creating a coffee that's equally comfortable as your daily morning brew or a slow weekend pour-over.
