Flor de Cerezo is our September Explorer Series release, sourced from producers across Colombia's renowned growing regions of Huila, Tolima, and Caldas, then expertly processed at El Vergel Estate. Known for pushing the boundaries of coffee innovation, the team at El Vergel has created a coffee that captures the bright, joyful feeling of late summer with every sip.

The journey begins with carefully selected Castillo & Caturra varieties grown at elevations reaching 1,750 meters. After harvest, the cherries undergo a 48-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation before entering a controlled co-fermentation process with black cherry and sugarcane, enhancing the coffee's natural sweetness and amplifying its vibrant fruit character. The result is a cup that's bursting with juicy fruit while remaining balanced and remarkably drinkable.

From the first aroma, you'll find notes of ripe black cherry and caramelized sweetness. In the cup, layers of dark cherry, tropical fruit, and rich caramelized sugar unfold before finishing smooth, sweet, and lingering long after the last sip.
